i just dont get this market oxr undervalued

Last year OXR was way over $4. The market has been hesitant to run the resources stocks back up to their peak ... but todat RIO and BHP are looking like they will push thru in coming days. And yet OXR languishes over $1.00 from its high. All its metals (Copper, Gold and Zinc) are strong ... so what is the problem??

I think I will buy some more and wait for the inevitable rerating .. or takeover if there is no rerating.
