O'k - so, if they up the offer on the day they are assuming that the votes lodged on the day will make a difference (with the YES votes lodged before meeting) and outweigh the NOs that had been lodged before the meeting.

All very interesting (and risky for them).

My little corn-cob head is full of too many things, getting confused.

Keep it simple for me....."STO up the offer (like I suggested in my email to you) and let us get all this distasteful discussion behind us so we can be happy STO holders at 1 for 6..simple"
