    i hold alot of ESG & got my call today,. said i am voting NO, but would change to a Yes if the offer was substantially increased.
    I would rather hold ESG with their measely offer & if I wanted STO shares, I could of bought as much as I wanted in the past few mths,

    its a big No from me.
