There could be many reasons for a yes vote of course ,besides fear of a price fall with a no vote .
In the main the yes vote probably belongs to the "big end of town" where small increases on large holdings make it marginally worthwhile.

Regarding the no vote though .. far from having to explain or convince people of the benefits of a no vote any more , via any pressure group (as valuable that is in itself )...
I have a feeling , that the action/inaction of the board in itself and the resultant impending outcome speak for itself to holders who may not be reading this blog or any other - now that its had time to sink in .

This may be the cause of concern being generated from the company(s) regarding a no vote.

That is ..."Natural" outrage about feeling shortchanged , may be building .

Perhaps I'm stating the obvious ...
Its a no brainer in my view .

Not good enough .
