i just got a phone call from esg, page-6

Nervous,

I have been lobbying STO behind the scenes with e-mails. I have included ESG on those e-mails.

I have been advised that I am to discuss the matters with ESG. However, my understanding was that STO had a SoA with ESG! ESG are tied in to STO. (Is this approach correct?)

I'm starting to get the run around now. This frustration of not being listened to by STO will get my NO vote.

I'm been burnt by mgt before not listening to shareholders !
