i just got a phone call from esg, page-9

"I have been advised that I am to discuss the matters with ESG. However, my understanding was that STO had a SoA with ESG! ESG are tied in to STO. (Is this approach correct?)"

If I may say so, what STO told you to do, is correct.

For, the only approach that a shareholder can make is vith the selling company. The selling company is the one that issue the SoA to it's shareholders vith recommendations incorporated/attached therein, not the Bidding company (STO).

Your best and only way of approach in seeking an increase in the offered price, is through the selling Company (ESG), that will then have to go in to bat for a better offer. That of course will take more time.

I wrote something to that extent in a post of mine not so long ago.
