The reply says in part:
"The current deal with Mega is in early discussions and we will provide more information to the market as it comes to hand.
"In accordance with ASX Listing Rules, we were obliged to announce the details of the non-binding term sheet as is stands.
"... there is a lot more work to be undertaken ... and we will keep the market informed as required."
