Many thanks for taking the trouble to contact management, Johnm1605. Their reply rekindles all sorts of questions in my mind - the first summary of negotiations we were given (and either bought, sold or held shares on) some time ago are somewhat different to the recent announcement (but that's negotations for you, I guess).

But for now I trust SER management takes pains to ensure that, however the deal develops, that SER shareholders will continue to be able to deal through the ASX. I know from experience the inconveniences, extra costs and problems that can occur when you have only overseas access to a stock.
