My instinct tells me otherwise re funding simply because of it's current share price of late.
Bottom line word gets out well before whether it be by friends or family ect that something's about to happen whether it be here or in Canada.
It's human nature to give someone the heads up when it comes to making money and the currant price doesn't indicate that!
