To be honest, frog I don't care about any refund. I care more about letting them know that this can happen and think twice about stocking it. I will take the walk as there's a few items on the shopping list which I'd be happy to purchase. Also, I can come home with the used coffee grounds which I am distributing around my garden. Saves that from going to landfill and my roses are delighted......
