As a general rule when a single large shareholder controls a listed company the small holders get shafted.
Warren Buffett has always said that a trustworthy management is by far the most important characteristic of any company. It doesn't matter how good the financials are if the company is not run for the benefit of all shareholders. It appears that SBB is run like a private company to benefit Mr Xu.
