No prospectus is sold on dividends being paid apart from debt securities. All prospectus's say it is at the discretion of the company to pay dividends if the financial situation permits. Added to that the prospectus said that any dividend would be 25% of profits. Not something that sounds like being sold on a dividend to me. It is sold on growth.
Again where you actually told by directors a dividend is coming now? Because they never told me one was coming only that they will decide after the financial year is over. Again either you jumped on the bandwagon of unsubstantiated posts or someone is telling porkies.
