he said the CEO is looking after the Growth plans first..I should have pushed him more on that point for an explanation.

Wayne said , they have meetings every month to go over all these issues ..1 being Buy backs ..Divs.. Store growth strategy..etc
Wayne says hes Batting for Shareholders..as strongly as he can with the Ceo ...but the CEO wants to save money for Growth initiatives...as reported in the EOY .

i said fair enough..but is he Growing SBB for himself 1 day.. or for all Shareholders too ?
So far its for Everyone ..as hes not increased his Holdings and shows no signs of wanting to.
