i just voted 'against' the takeover

I just logged on and voted 'against' the takeover by MMK.

I don't really care how much the 'market' says our company is worth.

I bought my shares with the view that management would 'have the guts' to take us all the way to production.

If that means another 5 years wait, then so be it!

0.30 cents per share is a joke in my mind and a cop out by the FMS managment team, who just happened to issue themselves millions of 'free' shares at the AGM, just before the takeover offer was announced!

Just hoping we get a higher offer next week or that enough shareholders feel the same way I do and vote against it.

I have no fear of the share price falling back to 0.15 cents, if it did I would buy more.

Think its time we got a new board and general manager, who really want to do something great and not just give up cause they get millions of dollars of shareholders money...
