I heard that RAB this month sold their entire holding in DGR in the mid-teens. DGR is now 28.5c. As you can see not a smart move. RAB at the same time was selling THR, now a smart move. From what I heard, they took a big hit somewhere and were liquidating alot of positions.
As far as BTV is concerned, sure like everyone else I have my reservations about their sale, but they are entitled to sell just like us. They still retain a significant exposure to THR.
Apart from a likely delay of about 3 months, what has changed? Management have learnt a very important lesson of just what can happen when you give someone exclusivity. Its time to go down the auction process. All other interested parties would have signed confidentiality agreements and had plenty of time to review the DFS already.
U drilling starts in the first week of May.
Just what impact the AUD had on the project we will soon see when some update calculations are done.
Bottom line is, is that we have a JORC resource, it will get bigger. Plenty of other interested parties and the U wildcard drilling coming up. Sure the traders will bail out tomorrow, but that is a fact of life. That dosent impact on the long term view.
