certainly that is 1 way of looking at it. What if the deal falls through though? It would only take a couple of NFK's outstanding claims to be approved by their clients and this cash problem would go away and they would find themselves solvent again. One would hope that if that were to happen this deal would be scrapped and the board (I can't believe I am refer to them as a board) would actually focus on strengthening and shareholder return rather than destroying the business (which they have proved they are very good at IMO)
