Seems the Mods are worried about law suites more than ever. Please don't mention any names of individuals/companies when talking about possible insider trading. Courts will eagerly grant permanent injunctions against Internet forums merely on the whims of the companies mentioned. Been there ... seen that.
We use British justice in Oz, which is the best that money can buy. If you want Freedom of Speech then move to the US.
One of my associates posts here on HC. Some company dobbed him in to ASIC for releasing inside info on one HC forum. Seems the info was 2 days old and should have been released to the ASX, under ASX rules. The cpy was never fined for that though. Oz courts, ASIC, and ASX will eagerly sc*w a small individual but major league criminals are treated like royalty.
This is not a rant, it is what i have seen over the last 12 months. Go take a look at EGO.
