[Better late than never.] I would have though that was obvious. In the case of spondumene, nature has already mined the mineral and has done the first stage of processing. You just drive around in a truck and scoop it up.
ORE has a a clear head start in the spondumene race, but it will eventually have to accommodate rivals.
China itself is a big untapped market for Li batteries. Li is presently too expensive to replace NiCads and PbSO4 in China. (Yes, a lot of rural Chinese radios and torches run on mini PbSO4 batteries). That situation should change as LiPo gets cheaper.
-------------- EGO directors were trying to sue shareholders, with their own money, because of posts here on HC. ERM stepped in, bought 10% of EGO, and go rid of the three problem directors, in a forced vote.
