When I talked with Management, they impressed upon me that the CR was progressing well for a Monday announcement. As I have said, it shows real interest.

Further, when I drew attention to the unsolicited JV approaches from various parties (as announced in the latest presentation), I was told to expect something soon. No details of course, however I heard the direct line that the company is looking to develop its' Asian connections.

So I agree factfinder that something will not be too far off.
