    The tax department must know about this, but what can they do.

    A 180k bundle to buy shows up at 61 cents. That looked really odd. Then a few minutes later it is filled.

    It so obvious that buyer and seller know each other. I will just guess a nice tax loss for the seller (who is likely the buyer as well!)

    So, in future when I see THAT set up (probably hard to catch it) it is a way I can also buy cheap!
