until OCO can provide substantial revenue from it's BILL TO BILL system i'd be very cautious.

take a peek at it's recent 09 Sep 2005 Preliminary Final Report.

imo it's living on borrowed time, almost the last throw of the dice.

whilst they've signed up a couple of clients recently doesn't guarantee revenue.

i hope things turnout well for OCO, but for now extremely dangerous.

perhaps it will be pushed hard by day traders, but thats no sign of this company being better than it was last week.
