What's there not to like, I'd be interested to here diverging views.

-NBN Television a 100% subsidiary of SOT is the highest tuned in network in Northern NSW

-It owns 57% of B Digital that expanded into the mobile market, B Digital recorded NPAT of $25 million

- It operates the NSW govt broadband core network

- It won an award for the best regional telco in 2005

- SOT is on the verge to go an a massive promotion campaign and appointed Don Morris that created ad campaigns such as "I Still Call Australia Home" for Qantas; "Oh What a Feeling" for Toyota.

- It's profitable and has cash

Am I missing something ? Sell TLS, SGT, HTA and all the rest and buy SOT?
