Turtle you have been down ramping DLS for ages... I don't know why you even look at such a 'dog' stock.
The reason for the rise early in the year, if you look at the changes in the top 20 holders, is that several individuals have build 10m plus share stakes each in DLS. Now 55% of the stock belongs to a key group of investors. This shunted the price to its 12 cent highs.
