If immigration is the cause then it has been the cause for 30 years !!!!! It has obviously been caused by bad policy over decades: CGT, negative gearing and stimulus.

But can't you see what our friend Tucker and his like do to us? Divide and conquer via culture war. He has made a lot of money out of it...... just not enough to buy an Australian house !
