    I get this "suburb watch" in my mail every Qtr. This is todays:

    MEDIAN HOUSE VALUE*
    Trending up$401,488
    6% since last quarter
    HOUSES SOLD
    Trending down7
    2.1% since last quarter

    With only 7 sold this could be an outlier but this has been consistent for some time now, so it isn't just the capitals where prices are rising fast.
