    CIG has been a dog for so long,but there is a lot to like in this puppy.
    # Small MC of about $20m.
    # Liquid assets of about $6m ( this leaves an EV of $14m)
    # Will generate cash in the near term .
    # Its other JVs.
    # I also like the technicals.
    CIG is a dog no more.
