No Brett, it's not unnecessary, it's the truth...I'm only saying it because I care. There is no way anyone should invest so much into a spec. Profit from houses should go into back into houses or low risk investments. Blue chip shares. If you want to get a better return go for mid caps if you have the experience. You don't need to generate massive returns when you are playing with 100's, thousands dollars. Everything should be proportionate. There are areas in Melbourne which have so much growth potential and it's easy to leverage massively on property.
NOR is for turning 5, 10 or 20k into a house deposit....if your lucky enough a house, that if it actually goes that way. People need to manage their risk better and understand probability. Gambling is for banks using OPM...other people money...
