My comments:

It's actually quite simple.

Let the banksters go under, make the filthy rich banksters pay back their undeserved bonuses paid to them by tax payers' money, let the banksters face the consequences of their actions which will include numerous law suits for fraud, deception etc. etc.

As for bail outs - bail out the people.

New banks will take the place of the banksters. The banks are not too big to fail if the people are bailed out instead of the banksters.
