    This is the advisory behind ISX, FBR, GSC and also involved in 1PG RTO.
    After raise has about $1.3m cash. Shares underwent a 20:1 consolidation AFTER the placement. Options have strike at 2,5c in about 2 months time, so that puts a floor under the SP right there! And director taking shares in lieu of cash (!!! now why would he do that I wonder ).
