And bingo - it just announced its acquisition today. TH till Wednesday. Check it out then and follow its progress. Will give you some idea of the game.
Generally the acquisition involves shares/oppies and performance shares  to the project vendor and some cash. Cash will need to be raised, but generally value of new company outweighs it all, and  results in significant profit for holders. by that I mean bags and bags for the better deals. And Cygnet are some of the best operators in this space. That's the shell game in a nutshell.
