Brisbane appears to be experiencing a correction in prices ,but considering the hugh rises over the past few years some correction is to be expected.A rental shortage is to be expected as investment properties are to dear to give a good return .Investors however who entered the market in past years are laughing and if they dont need to sell they should reap excellent rental returns for years to come .
