”Construction cost” - Just the literal construction cost? So not all capex and not any opex?
”Expected” - no guarantees.
“Contributions” - without more said contributions doesn’t just mean cash, and can also mean in-kind contributions.
My only point is that this tweet (and the bold line in the announcement summary) doesn’t say what it sounds like it says. It’s not misleading but you have to interrogate these things carefully.
