They really need to bed down these offtake agreements. At this stage, this is the keystone that's still missing. Once that is in place, I'm sure it'll all come together and we'll see a re-rate. Until such time - no offtake, no finance, no mine.
However, impatience aside, delay is preferable to error, and it's important for the future of the whole enterprise to get this right and put in place the best deals they can achieve.
