I have held since 04 and they have ALWAYS paid divs they have excellent long term blue chip tenants in place have had their property portfolio consistently re-rated in value to the upside have huge housing re-developments in strategic coastal areas( Dunsborough WA etc) and have nearly 1 BILLION dollars worth of assets under management!
If you look at their top twenty shareholders you will see a lot of well known names including gov superannuation funds as holders.
I feel this company is on track to become a serious player in the Australian real estate industry (Commercial/ housing developments) and seem to still have value to the upside my thoughts if no interest rate move upwards
you should see more buying from funds and in turn this may push the price towards a $3.00 level.
