hotbmw, you are quite justified to be iffy about Japan. However Japan is in a slightly unique situation to every other country. They have been through a MAJOR property crash some years ago. While the credit crisis will push them further into a recession, it shouldn’t put much pressure on property prices (like the U.S). There are a lot of opportunities on the market at the moment that’s what makes it so interesting. Japanese reits just might be one of those worth looking at…
