I would also think AGS would be erring on the side of caution and not release any sensitive information which could alter/affect the ML outcome, as you can pretty much guarantee the BB would be looking at anything to crack AGS.
As much as it pains me being a shareholder in the RED, I would prefer that AGS keep the big picture in focus and not jeopardise anything with short term outcomes.
The Judge in the ML case, may not think highly of any information being release by AGS, prior to any official release of documents through their existing channels.
If it weren't for Mayfair attendance, we would be none the wiser.
