( 1 ) There is no indication that the info is leaking. Volume is still very low. There is no-one buying or selling.
( 2 ) A 2-3 week delay considering the rains in mid may and the position of this drill rig next to a lake is not unreasonable.
( 3 ) Management can sit on price senstive info for up to 1 month before disclosing it.
( 4 ) They recently acquired additional lands east of treasure island. It would not be entirely unforseen that they would have wanted to drill in this area as well.
