CER has the potential to go to $1. Getting the market to pay the full potential price is the problem.
Firstly there needs to be a recognition of CER as an independent entity and free of the "Centro" association.
Then it needs the market to appreciate the assets on the basis of replacement cost. It needs the real estate to be valued at replacement cost.
It also needs recognition of the value of freewill.
CER also needs to lift its profit by reducing costs and increasing income and follow that up with a dividend each half year.
Then... bingo we have $1. Not out of the question but will it all happen?. I can't guarantee it. I havent got the reins. I,ll still hold. It is worth more than the current SP.
