    I think your prediction is very realistic for the next 12 months.

    With stabilization the share price should be there now.

    This will all depend on property valuations.
    a 10 percent increase in valuations will push NTA up to around 60c a share.
    CER is highly leveraged.

    If property bounced from it's lows to increase by 20% (still not nowhere near what was lost during the last 2.5 years ) then NTA would be around a dollar a share.

    Due to CERs leverage, CERs share price could definately grow quite quickly in a recovering market.

    With no large changes in valuations cer will probably see the mid 30's this year. This is because of the hedges been closed out, Some properties sold reducing LVR and income earned paying down debt, increasing nta and reducing lvr.

    If there is an increase in commercial realestate then there should probably be some very aggressive growth in CERs share price. Obviously depending on the increase in valuation will depend on the increase in share price.
    What i'm trying to say is With CER's leverage you will see A huge jump in NTA or shareprice from a small increase in property writeups..
