That's not a secret, that's basically how the retail Daigou system works, and it has been going on for a long while.
Broadly speaking, it's cheating.
Claiming that they went to the local chemist doing shopping for their clients, they actually just did nothing but ordering goods online, which could also easily been done by their clients themselves.
The way it works actually shows how fragile this business mode is.
People back in China paying premium to Daigou expecting Daigou to ensure the quality of their orders, and Daigou literally just pass it to the Daigou shop without checking goods will be delivered. And then you will see how doggy it is.
