our regulators have lost the plot as they themselves do not understand how the bots work and make rass statements regarding the policeing how many that work at the regulators if put in front of the computor would understand the rorting i would say very few and if they did they would cease these hft and bot straight away,i spoke to a person who worked for the sec and she said that they did not have enough people with experience to be able to police it,and that was 18 months ago
