You misunderstand. I'm asking how MEO will reduce the impact on the local marine life - how will this be monitored? What have the EPA got tonsay about this project? If/when a pipeline is built, what impact will this have? Is fracking going to occur? Will oil or water based drilling fluid be used? What blow-out prevention systems will be used? How will MEO deal with a collision, for instance, in the event of a cyclone? What insurance do MEO have against environmental disasters, if any?
