I'd like the opportunity to sell mine and buy back at the same price so I can realise the loss against other profits. I'm running out of financial year if I'm going to do it. Unfortunately that is easier said that done and I'm likely to lose 1/2 cent when I do it.
I can't believe that the company is worth this little. At todays price the PE ratio is less than 3.3. I haven't seen any announcements that say their basic trading profit should be substantially different from last year so my expectations are a similar EBITDA this year to last. I am expecting significant writedowns for the non profitable businesses that they sold off. This may make their overall profit very low or slightly negative but would set the company up for a much better year next year.
I'm holding but hurting all the same.
Does anyone know how the company responds to questions from shareholders?
