Thank-you for clarifying @adsoboom, I was not aware and initially saw this as a warning sign. Are you aware of why the CEO sold 3,410,632 shares on the 23rd of March 2018 for $4.2m?
The document states: "On-market trade to satisfy taxation liabilities pursuant to Mr Riggall’s participation in the Company’s Employee Incentive Plan" which doesn't appear very transparent to me.
To clarify, no absolutely not, I am not shorting the stock but have simply begun some preliminary investigation into the company, as I think the fall from grace might eventually present a buy opportunity.
Given the current trajectory, I, like many other investors will likely wait for a clear sign / change in sentiment and momentum before getting involved.
