Its a high risk strategy hoping the property market will crash... how many people have sold out over the years just to see the property market run away from them... having said that, I wouldnt mind if the property market here got nuked, would like to buy property for my young kids... also would be good to see the banks get nuked as they have sucked consumers dry over the years...
