I must agree, investing is always risk/reward, and for the uninitiated I would urge caution. Not many punters continually come away happy but long term investors have a real chance if they do their homework, and have some luck.

I would say there are many other companies out there with a much better risk profile that can still return a good profit and some growth if that is what you desire.

However, as expected at this end of the Tech small cap market, there is much more risk associated with 'start-ups' as far as core data for analysis in regards to lack of revenue/EBITDA, growth and attributal P/E factors, wage and company burn, contract uncertainty, the list continues, in effect you 'fly blind' and the attraction is the higher return due to the unforeseen metrics.

To cut short, many here if not most have invested due to the possibility, that if, and when TV2U get 'off the ground' and can secure decent subscriber numbers the ROI will surpass many other companies available to invest in. This relies completely on not just execution of contracts but the dollar values and conditions written into them.

I have invested as I personally believe that the ARPU or amount per subscriber will be not only sufficient to sustain ongoing operations once this is successfully achieved but large enough to allow the company to grow rapidly as well. I also believe that while funding is continually depleted as the organisation progresses they will continue to secure it without issue. While this is unwanted, it is part of the drag off this end of investing.

So you see, there are many things to decide, but it is a personal decision that everyone here has also been through and right now there is no right answer anyone here can give you. Simply put, if they pull it off you will make a very good return I would envisage, if not then you will part with most of your money. Good luck either way.

    GLTAH.
