    I am practicing intermittent fasting.

    No food for breakfast and lunch.

    Only a coffee in the morning.

    Then a regular meal for dinner.

    I lost 5 kilos in 4 weeks.

    If you fast for 36 hours then your body burns up the old and diseased cells for energy first which is healthy for you as new healthy cells are regenerated.
