CIRCADIAN holds a basket of good and well advanced bio-tech stock incl AML, ANP, AXN, MBP & OIL to name a few. CIR is like having a bio-tech fund without having a fund.

If I had to pick one single stock of these it would be AML. Look at recent events which took the price down. These events are now sorted out. Also take into account the large block recently bought by Pratt.
