A loss is not incurred until the Adminastrators have concluded. It may survive with a refloat heavily in favour of the fonancer, or be wound up. So until you know eather way, no loss yet 'incurred'. You could sell them to another entity off market, and then your loss could be crystalised. There must be a disposal.
