I would have thought SA announcement - SP jumps up and the team go for the CR. That is the normal practice of companies. Maybe the instits weren't going to wear that. Maybe they had to place the prod line order before SA sign. Personally I think they needed money quick.

Interesting. The top 12 instits in US hold 16M of the 18M instits holdings. Most of these are the &^%%$$# screwing us.
